Voucher Regulations

These Regulations define the general conditions of issuance, rules, and method of use of Gift Vouchers offered by Braniborska Clinic.

1. Gift Voucher – a bearer voucher sold at the reception of Braniborska Clinic, entitling the Holder to make payments for services offered at Braniborska Clinic.

2. Purchaser – a natural or legal person purchasing a Gift Voucher.

3. Holder – a person redeeming the Gift Voucher.

4. Regulations – means these Regulations.

5. Braniborska Clinic – a medical facility based in Wrocław at Braniborska Street.

1. Gift Vouchers can be purchased at the reception of Braniborska Clinic.

2. A Gift Voucher can be issued for any amount chosen by the Purchaser.

3. The nominal value of the Gift Voucher is equal to the amount paid by the Purchaser.

4. The Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the purchase date, according to the date shown on the Voucher document.

5. The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part) and is non-refundable.

6. Failing to use the Gift Voucher within the indicated period means its expiration and does not constitute a basis for claims against Braniborska Clinic.

7. The Gift Voucher does not constitute a sale taxed under the goods and services tax (VAT).

1. The Gift Voucher serves as a form of payment for medical services offered by Braniborska Clinic.

2. The Holder of the Gift Voucher may use the amount indicated on the Voucher for any medical services offered by Braniborska Clinic.

3. In the case of using a service worth less than the value of the Voucher, the Holder is not entitled to receive a refund of the remaining amount.

4. In the case of using a service worth more than the value of the Voucher, the Holder is obliged to pay the difference.

5. After the validity period, the Voucher becomes invalid and cannot be used.

6. Braniborska Clinic is not responsible for the loss, damage, or destruction of the Voucher by the Purchaser or Holder. In such cases, duplicates will not be issued.

7. Braniborska Clinic reserves the right to refuse redemption of a Voucher that is unreadable, damaged, or raises doubts about its authenticity.

1. All complaints regarding the purchase and redemption of Gift Vouchers must be directed to the email address: info@braniborska.pl.

2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their submission.

1. The Purchaser is obliged to inform the Holder about the conditions of redeeming the Gift Voucher.

2. The purchase and presentation of the Voucher for redemption is equivalent to the acceptance of these Regulations by the Purchaser and Holder.

3. The content of these Regulations is available at the reception of Braniborska Clinic and on the website www.braniborska.pl.

4. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.

5. Braniborska Clinic reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time. The changes apply from the date of their publication and concern Vouchers purchased after this date.
